For Arbor Real Estate, we designed and implemented Robra, an AI-powered intranet assistant that provides agents with instant answers, AI-driven search across company resources and the web, and real-time content updates managed directly by Arbor’s admin team. This marks the first step toward creating an all-in-one hub for Arbor agents, streamlining workflows, reducing repetitive inquiries, and ensuring they always have the most current information at their fingertips.
Built on a modern stack, Robra integrates Arbor’s WordPress intranet with AWS Bedrock’s AI services, leveraging a custom knowledgebase plus real-time web search. This approach ensures scalability, security, and flexibility, while keeping Arbor’s admin team in full control of the content their agents rely on.
