Our Hiring
Process
Here’s what you can generally expect after you submit your resume
1. GC Culture Call
You’ll chat with our CEO, Jason Lavin, about our Core Values and company culture. You’ll also discuss your compensation expectations.
2. Culture Call Activity
At the end of your conversation with Jason, you’ll receive a short and simple activity to complete on your own time.
3. Department Specific “Quiz”
Before your technical interview, you’ll be sent a brief quiz or online form related to the department. Don’t worry—this is just to spark conversation, not to grade you.
4. Technical Interview
You’ll meet with the hiring manager(s) to talk about the position, your experience, and any questions you may have. This is your standard job interview.
5. Team Member Interview
You may have an additional interview with a few potential teammates. It’s a casual way to meet the people you might work with day to day.
6. Reference Checks
We’ll reach out to a few of your professional references to learn more about your background and work style.
7. Offer
If it’s a match—congrats! We’ll extend an offer and get ready to welcome you to the team.
