Company Overview

Fine Linens is a family-owned business whose luxury bedding, bath towels and high-end housewares have delighted New York City shoppers since 1975. Beloved by decorators and homeowners alike, they're known for impeccable service, top-tier brands and quality customized linens. Their customers enjoy a personalized experience whether they’re shopping online or in their Manhattan store.

The Challenge

Fine Linens went through a re-brand as a result of continued growth, and the need for a fresh look - much like the desires of their shoppers. They also needed a robust eCommerce system to support the custom logic of their product selection, and integration into Bronto - an eCommerce based marketing automation software.

The Solution

With a new look in town, Fine Linens worked with GoldenComm to complete the extremely customized logic, product import, configuration and build on Magento Enterprise. In the end, customers from all over can now enjoy a shopping experience where they can filter down into products by price, color, category and more - all while experiencing great site speeds thanks to a CDN (content distribution network).

The customer experience doesn't stop on the website, either. With a direct integration into Bronto, users are connected to the latest news and sales from Fine Linens. The best part? The back end is tracking sales, buying habits and more, to allow for a customizable marketing experience.
