Company Overview

Premier Business Centers is a leading provider of full-time executive offices, part-time day offices, virtual offices, shared workspaces and meeting facilities in the U.S. With over 80 executive suites nationwide, they provide high-quality, fully equipped, affordable workplaces to a wide-range of businesses.

The Challenge

Premier Business Centers came to GoldenComm with the challenge to: 1) better the user experience of their site to optimize for lead generation and 2) bring their booking business into the digital age with eCommerce. This was to be a major shift in business logic, that worked with many integrated systems such as: a custom-built ERP, accounting software, a heavily customized CRM, and a marketing automation platform. We had to craft a solution that was robust, secure, and provided a flexible CMS so the business could remain nimble as the business grew and evolved.

The Solution

GoldenComm presented Premier with the solution of a Kentico CMS, including custom API integrations into all of their systems (a custom-built ERP, accounting software, a heavily customized CRM, and a marketing automation platform). Kentico is licensed software that is a fully integrated ASP.NET CMS, eCommerce, and online marketing platform that allows you to create cutting-edge websites and optimize your digital customers' experiences fully across multiple channels.

We approached the project as a two-phase approach - Phase 1 was for the redesign and update of the UI/UX for increased lead-gen power, and Phase 2 was the addition of the eCommerce booking functionality. Both phases have proven to be a great succes for PB Centers.
