Jeff Metcalf

Over the span of my career I’ve worked to develop a versatile, practical approach to leadership. Forged across a wide range of industries and company sizes, I’ve had the benefit of working alongside incredibly talented people from whom I’ve learned and grown. As a leader I always think of myself as a member of the team first, while maintaining alignment to strategic goals.

My professional experience spans industries like high tech, finance, consumer data, tax, money movement, prevailing wage, telecommunications, and more. I’ve worked in everything from early-stage startups to mid-sized companies to large enterprises. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams across the full product lifecycle, from strategy to tactics to execution and delivery, across many product and service types including SaaS platforms, big data, heavily regulated products, and more.

I believe great teams with great culture have the advantage, and that a people-first, customer-focused attitude wins. I’ve seen the “flywheel” effect that Jim Collins describes work in practice, and I’m excited to bring that energy to the team at GoldenComm.
