“We’re Gonna Need A Bigger Boat.”

Had the pleasure of working with TEC Master Chair, David MacLean (in Kelowna, BC). David has a unique way of doing “check-ins” with his group. He lays out a couple dozen photos and asks members, “how they feel today” – I was particularly fond of this one from Roy Scheider – from the legendary movie, Jaws.
