Company Overview

For over 60 years, the UCI Division of Continuing Education (DCE) has delivered university-level learning solutions by leveraging the expertise of the UC Irvine campus and community. UCI DCE offers a wide range of continuing education programs to lifelong learners throughout the world. From Project Management certificates to the Paralegal certificate program, students will find focused programs in the most sought-after professional fields that balance theory and practice with an emphasis on real-world experience.

What We Did

UCI DCE came to GoldenComm in need of a professional website design with a modern and intuitive user interface that allows for clear communication while highlighting key content with design elements. What resulted was a refreshed easy-to-use website that emphasizes conversion, inquiries, and enrollment.

Additionally, the new site consolidates DCE's International Programs as part of the main domain, in order to streamline their various program offerings.

Other notable features include a streamlined search function and a custom API to tie into existing stored procedures for DCE's internal system (Power Campus).

Amazing new website!

This has been a massive project for everyone here at UCI Division of Continuing Education, and I am so thrilled with the way the website looks and functions. Working with GoldenComm has been a fantastic experience. They really leveraged their extensive experience building websites and worked with our team to understand our collective and individual pain points, goals and wants. They were exceptionally engaged throughout the entire process and worked tirelessly with a large group of stakeholders. I can safely say our new website is absolutely amazing - it looks clean and modern and the user experience is dramatically improved. We have received nothing but positive feedback since the launch, from students, staff and colleagues within UCI. The website reflects our brand, ethos, values and the promise of quality we make to our students. GoldenComm has been a tremendous partner throughout this process and I am thoroughly impressed with their entire team.

What an amazing project to be a part of!

This project holds a special place in my heart. From my internal GC team, who has proven to be nothing short of amazing, to working with this dream-of-a-client, this project moved along in a fairly smooth capacity, all things considered. To the technical and scope challenges...bring it on! As a team, GoldenComm and UCI DCE figured this all out. Even as we continue to work through enhancements and fixes together, this project is definitely considered a great success. Thank you to everyone who had a part in this. I'm honored to have been the GC Lead Project Manager on this project.
